At Heart Realty ‘Wellbeing Essentials Hub’ was founded with more than just property in mind — it was born from lived experience, compassion, and a commitment to feel, think and do better, in service to others.

 

After decades navigating both the real estate sector and the gaps in our social systems, I felt there had to be a more inspiring and impactful way forward in making a difference to the lives of those who’re often forgotten, let go of and almost discarded by society.

 

It’s disturbing to think that women aged 55+ are the fastest growing group experiencing housing insecurity in Australia, but it’s TRUE.

 

Many of whom who’ve worked, cared, given, and sacrificed — only to face an uncertain and/or unsustainable future, oftentimes through no fault of their own.

 

As previously mentioned, there are many homeowners throughout Australia living alone in their 3 bedroom+++ homes when they could have one, two, or even three or more tenants, each renting a bedroom which has the potential to provide a significant chunk of change and cashflow for the live-in owner of the property OR investor, while also leveraging a very tidy ROI on the ‘dead equity’ that almost every property has, to some degree.

 

The At Heart Realty ‘Wellbeing Essentials Hub’ is my response to this ever-growing issue and now I’m inviting aligned homeowners and investors to help with this forward thinking, outside-the-box solution, because the thinking that created the problem cannot be used to solve this problem.
